Please tell us what you liked most about working with Jalen

Jalen was simply awesome. Jalen was very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs. Jalen took the time to get to know us personally and really understand what we needed. Then took the time to explain the process, which made us fell very comfortable and at ease. Jalen wasn't pushy and gave us many options for us to consider. Jalen was very patience with me.
