Jalen and I encountered several challenges while trying to find the exact vehicle I wanted, a 2026 Hyundai Sonata with a black exterior and black interior. Although the dealership did not have the vehicle I was initially looking for, Jalen went above and beyond to help me find an alternative that I would be happy with. Even when I became discouraged and considered giving up, he remained patient, continued communicating with me, and reassured me that everything would work out as planned.
